About this role
This product manager will help Aledade scale the technical and service foundations used to integrate structured and unstructured clinical data. The work supports Medicare Advantage and other value-based care programs by making dependable healthcare information available to downstream teams.
The role connects business needs with platform capabilities across data ingestion, standardization, interoperability, and AI-assisted extraction. It partners with engineers, analysts, clinical informaticists, and business owners on scope, implementation choices, rollout plans, and ongoing performance.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Define the roadmap for ingesting and serving clinical data at greater scale and quality.
- Prioritize platform capabilities that support analytics, operations, and AI-based clinical insights.
- Create clear success measures and rollout plans with engineering, data, and clinical partners.

- Eight or more years of product-management experience, including healthcare technology or SaaS products.
- Understanding of software delivery and clinical-data integration, with familiarity with relevant interoperability standards.
- Ability to bridge strategic business needs and technical platform decisions in a cross-functional environment.
