About this role
This role owns the test-and-learn infrastructure behind Aledade's patient outreach programs, including SMS, phone, mail, email, and agentic AI interactions. The product manager will help teams determine which approaches improve acquisition, activation, enrollment, and retention.
The position combines experimentation strategy with product delivery, data quality, reporting, third-party APIs, and human quality-assurance loops. It works closely with analytics, business partners, and product managers responsible for individual outreach channels.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Build a repeatable experimentation roadmap and prioritization process for patient outreach.
- Improve the performance and reliability of AI-assisted voice and text engagement.
- Translate test results into product changes across multiple patient communication channels.

- Eight or more years of product-management experience in technology or SaaS.
- Several years running high-velocity experimentation programs, ideally in healthcare or consumer engagement.
- Strong analytical fluency and experience partnering with data teams on experimental design and interpretation.
