This role sits between product, engineering, and customer success on Turquoise Health's Contracts product. It will structure incoming issues and requests, identify recurring themes, define requirements, prioritize the most useful improvements, and guide work through engineering handoff, testing, and launch.
The position is intended for someone with healthcare reimbursement or managed-care experience who wants deeper product ownership. Along with support triage and tactical delivery, the product manager will improve intake workflows, perform user-acceptance testing, and gradually take on broader ownership as product and customer context grows.
