About this role
The AI Data Platform team builds the data services and infrastructure that let Aledade's product teams use modern AI safely and consistently. This product manager will focus on agentic retrieval and context-graph capabilities that help language-model tools find the right healthcare information.
The role spans data ingestion, model and platform workflows, deployment, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization. It requires close collaboration with AI engineers, data scientists, researchers, clinical leaders, and internal product teams to turn prototypes into production systems.

What you’ll work on
- Set the product strategy and delivery roadmap for scalable AI data and retrieval capabilities.
- Improve the reliability and usefulness of clinical context available to AI-enabled product workflows.
- Establish measurable requirements and feedback loops for production AI platform services.
What they’re looking for
- Eight or more years of product-management experience in SaaS or technology-enabled products.
- Working knowledge of AI and ML lifecycles, cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps, and data engineering.
- Experience communicating technical platform decisions and converting uncertain requirements into an executable roadmap.
