About this role
This role sits on Aledade's AI Platform team, where the product manager will define platform capabilities used by internal teams and external AI-enabled products. The work connects machine-learning systems, healthcare data, and production infrastructure supporting care for a large patient population.
The product manager will take ML and large-language-model initiatives through the full lifecycle, from data ingestion and early experiments to deployment, monitoring, and improvement in live workflows. The position partners closely with AI engineers, researchers, data scientists, clinical leaders, and business owners.
Role requirements and focus
What you’ll work on
- Define a measurable roadmap for reusable AI capabilities and production-grade inference workflows.
- Turn research prototypes into dependable platform services used by healthcare product teams.
- Align technical and clinical stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, and success criteria.
What they’re looking for
- Eight or more years of product-management experience in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Strong understanding of AI or machine learning, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data-engineering concepts.
- Ability to translate ambiguous platform needs into technical roadmaps and explain tradeoffs to non-technical partners.
