About this role

Reporting into the product organization and working closely with the Chief Product Officer, this role turns customer and market evidence into product direction for Conversica's AI-powered products. The product manager will run discovery, define requirements and success criteria, prioritize opportunities, and partner with engineering throughout development while keeping product decisions connected to measurable business outcomes.

The scope continues through launch and adoption: developing positioning, preparing sales and customer-success teams, creating enablement material and product demonstrations, and gathering feedback after release. In the first six to twelve months, the role is expected to strengthen the company's discovery practice, product definition, roadmap evidence, launch readiness, and cross-functional alignment.
